My research explores professional and workplace education; post-human conceptions of expertise; philosophy and education as text; materialism; and narrative and biographic methods in digital environments.

I was born in the Australian Capital Territory and grew up near Manchester, England. I’ve held lecturing and educational leadership positions and supported professional development for educators in the UK, Asia, and Australia since the mid-1990s. I love music, athletics, philosophy, and literature.
I’m a project director at Charles Sturt University in New South Wales, a teaching associate in the Faculty of Education at Monash University in Melbourne, and a PhD candidate in education at UCL in London.
